Registration and Fee Payment

The deadline for registration is  October 31, 2015. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird fee (Payment prior to Thursday 15 October 2015)

  • Academic Presenters: €400
  • Professionals: €500

Full fee (Payment received after Thursday 15 October 2015)

  • Academic Presenters: €450
  • Professionals: €600

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)

To register, please download the REGISTRATION FORM, complete and return it via email to Dr. Khaled Guesmi at khaled.guesmi@ipag.fr in order to confirm your participation.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (31 October 2015). No refunds are available on or after that date.
